Where current bags ship from
Orders dispatch from Madrid, Spain or Guangzhou, China, according to product availability, destination and order arrangements. Check each product page and the shipping policy for delivery information. Preparation is estimated at 1–3 business days. Transit estimates begin after dispatch and may be affected by customs, peak periods and remote destinations.
Delivery charges for bags
Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. Please review them before paying; if they differ from a quoted offer or policy, contact us to clarify.
Possible import costs
Cross-border dispatches may attract import duties, taxes and clearance charges. Check whether these have already been collected or included at checkout; charges already collected should not be paid twice. Free shipping does not automatically include import charges.
