Return window / 退货期限

You may request a return within 20 calendar days of purchase or 14 calendar days after receiving the goods, whichever deadline is later. Preorders have a 14-day window after delivery. Notify us within the applicable window and return the goods within 14 calendar days of notification. More favourable mandatory rights prevail.

您可在购买后20个自然日内，或收货后14个自然日内申请退货，以较晚到期者为准。预购商品的申请期为收货后14个自然日。请在期限内通知我们，并在通知后14个自然日内寄回。法律规定更有利的权利不受影响。

How to apply / 如何申请

Visit our Returns Centre / 退货中心 or email ruimingao95@gmail.com with your order number and item details. We provide return instructions and the applicable address. Returns are handled manually; this is not Petite Studio's return portal. A clear statutory withdrawal notice does not require prior approval.

请通过本店退货中心或邮箱提交订单号和商品信息，我们会提供退回地址及寄送说明。本店退货由人工处理，与 Petite Studio 的退货系统无关。明确的法定撤回通知无需事先批准。

Condition / 商品状态

Voluntary returns require new, unused, unwashed and undamaged goods with original tags. Stained, worn or damaged goods may be excluded from voluntary returns. Statutory withdrawal permits necessary inspection of the goods; only actual diminished value from handling beyond that may be deducted where lawful. Opening packaging or removing a tag does not automatically extinguish statutory rights.

自愿退货要求商品保持全新，未使用、未洗涤、无损坏并保留原标签。污渍、磨损或损坏可能影响自愿退货资格。但依法撤回时可进行必要检查；仅对超出必要检查造成的实际贬值依法扣除，不能仅因拆封或标签变化一概排除法定权利。

EU returns / 欧盟地区退货

Except for statutory exceptions, EU consumers may withdraw from an online goods purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery and send goods back within 14 calendar days after giving notice. Ordinary bags, accessories, discounted goods and ordinary final-sale items are not automatically excluded from this right.

除法定例外外，欧盟消费者可在网购商品收货后14个自然日内无理由撤回，并在通知后14个自然日内寄回。普通包袋、配饰、折扣及最终销售普通商品不因类别或降价自动失去此权利。

Contact us to arrange a prepaid return label. Prepaid does not necessarily mean free. Customers bear only direct return postage properly disclosed before purchase; if not disclosed, we bear it. No fixed €8 restocking, refurbishment or administration charge applies to statutory withdrawal. Necessary return costs for defective or incorrectly supplied goods are ours.

可联系我们安排预付退货标签。“预付”不等于免费；顾客仅承担购买前已明确告知的直接退货运费，未提前告知则由我们承担。法定撤回不统一扣除8欧元补货、翻新或行政手续费。缺陷或错发商品的必要退运费由我们承担。

Qualifying withdrawal refunds include the goods and applicable original standard delivery costs. Extra premium or express delivery charges need not be refunded. We reimburse within 14 calendar days of withdrawal notice; where lawful, reimbursement may be withheld until goods or proof of posting are received, whichever is earlier.

符合条件的法定撤回退还商品价款及应退的原标准配送费，顾客选择加急或高级配送的额外差价不必退还。依法在收到撤回通知后14个自然日内退款；允许时可暂缓至收到商品或已寄回证明，以较早者为准。

International voluntary returns / 其他国际自愿退货

Subject to mandatory local law, customers arrange and pay return postage; international prepaid labels are generally unavailable. For voluntary returns outside statutory withdrawal or remedies for faulty goods, an €8 handling fee per return is deducted and original shipping is non-refundable only where disclosed before purchase and lawful. UK and other mandatory consumer rights override these restrictions.

在当地强制性法律允许的范围内，顾客自行安排并承担寄回运费，通常不提供国际预付退货标签。对于法定撤回及质量救济以外的自愿退货，只有在购买前已披露且法律允许时，每笔扣除8欧元处理费，原运费不退。英国及其他地区的强制性消费者权利优先适用。

Final sale and accessories / 最终销售及配饰

Final-sale goods, samples and accessories are excluded from additional voluntary returns and exchanges. This does not exclude applicable statutory withdrawal or rights relating to defective, damaged, misdescribed or incorrect goods. Statutory exceptions, such as clearly personalised goods, apply only when their legal conditions are met.

最终销售商品、样品和配饰不参加额外提供的自愿退换货；该限制不排除适用的法定撤回，以及缺陷、损坏、与描述不符或错发商品的法定权利。明显定制等法定例外仅在符合相应法律条件时适用。

Refunds / 退款

Voluntary refunds are normally processed within 3–9 business days after receipt and inspection. Banks or payment providers may take additional time. Mandatory deadlines prevail. Refunds go to the original payment method, including cards and gift cards, unless you expressly agree otherwise without additional cost where lawful.

自愿退货通常在收到并检查商品后3–9个工作日内处理，银行或支付机构到账可能另需时间；法定退款期限优先。退款退回原付款方式，包括信用卡、礼品卡等，除非您明确同意其他合法且不增加费用的方式。

Late voluntary requests may be declined, but statutory guarantees and other mandatory rights are unaffected. This policy does not retrospectively reduce rights promised for existing orders. / 超期自愿退货申请可能不被接受，但法定质量保证和其他强制性权利不受影响。本政策不追溯减少既有订单已获承诺的权利。
