Even if you are overseas, you can still buy your favorite Spanish goods. We offer a personal shopping service for Spanish products, including clothing, bags, accessories, and home goods, and can help you purchase, inspect, and arrange shipping.
Send us the product link or image, and once the style, price, and shipping method are confirmed, you can commission us to make the purchase. Actual availability and shipping depend on local supply and logistics conditions.
Actual Product Prices, Receipts Available
**Product prices are based on the actual shopping receipt or store order confirmation, and a separate personal shopping service fee applies.** The product cost, service fee, and shipping fee are listed separately. We will arrange the purchase only after the costs are confirmed.
How is the personal shopping service charged?
We charge based on the services provided, so the fees correspond to the actual work required.

The scope of service and billing method for each order will be confirmed before payment. If both online and in-store shopping are involved, the fees will also be listed in advance.
For example, if the total for online personal shopping items is €80, the service fee is €10; if the total for in-store personal shopping items is €80, the service fee is €12. The above prices do not include shipping.
Confirm and Pay First, Then Purchase
Our personal shopping service operates on a pay first, purchase later basis:

Provide the product link or image, as well as the style, color, size, quantity, and delivery area.

We will confirm whether the item can be purchased and shipped and provide a cost breakdown.

Once you confirm and pay the product cost and personal shopping service fee, we will arrange the purchase.

After receiving and inspecting the product, we will confirm the shipping fee and arrange for it to be sent out.
If there is a price change before purchase, we will confirm it with you first. If the product is out of stock and the purchase cannot be completed, the corresponding product cost and the service fee for the unperformed portion will be refunded.
Returns and Exchanges Assistance
If you need to return or exchange an item, we can help contact the original seller and handle the relevant procedures.Whether a return or exchange is possible depends on the original seller's conditions, time limits, and the condition of the product.

**General returns and exchanges assistance: €10 per request.** This applies to contacting the seller, applying for a return or exchange, and using the return method provided by the seller to send the item back.

If a special trip to the store, multiple stores, or multiple visits are required: a separate quote will be provided in advance.

If you request a return or exchange due to personal preferences, size selection, or other reasons, the personal shopping service fee for completed services will not be refunded, and related shipping fees will be charged separately.

If we purchase the wrong style, color, or size, no return or exchange processing fee will be charged, and we will coordinate the correction.
Please keep the product tags, packaging, and purchase receipts, and contact us as soon as possible to allow enough time for the item to be sent back to the seller.
Shipping Fees Charged Separately, Based on Actual Costs
**All shipping fees are borne by the buyer, and the personal shopping service fee does not include shipping.** This includes seller shipping fees, international shipping fees, and any related shipping fees incurred from returns or exchanges, except for fees resulting from our purchasing errors.
Shipping fees are confirmed based on the delivery address, package weight, volume, and logistics method. Import duties, customs clearance fees, or other related charges are also not included in the personal shopping service fee and must be confirmed separately.
